De acordo com o documento, todos os processos administrativos cadastrados no Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o (SIG), depois de 18 de mar\u00e7o de 2020, v\u00e3o circular exclusivamente na forma eletr\u00f4nica (com exce\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_Ato2015-2018\/2015\/Decreto\/D8539.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Decreto n\u00ba 8.539\/2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><a href=\"https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"544\" src=\"https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-1024x544.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"10527\" data-full-url=\"https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital.png\" data-link=\"https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/?attachment_id=10527\" class=\"wp-image-10527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-1024x544.png 1024w, https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-768x408.png 768w, https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-1536x816.png 1536w, https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital-1200x637.png 1200w, https:\/\/itr.ufrrj.br\/portal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/processo_digital.png 1826w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A portaria estabelece que ser\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nicas as etapas de \u201cabertura, cria\u00e7\u00e3o e movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de documentos e processos administrativos\u201d, al\u00e9m de \u201cdespachos, pareceres, decis\u00f5es e demais dilig\u00eancias, por meio de campo edit\u00e1vel no SIG\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os processos convencionais j\u00e1 em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e3o transformados em \u201cprocessos h\u00edbridos\u201d, com sua tramita\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrendo eletronicamente, enquanto que e a vers\u00e3o em papel ficar\u00e1 \u201cna guarda da unidade de origem at\u00e9 encerramento do tr\u00e2mite\u201d, sendo enviada posteriormente para arquivamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em caso de problemas no sistema, documentos urgentes poder\u00e3o ser produzidos em suporte f\u00edsico, recebendo numera\u00e7\u00e3o manual provis\u00f3ria.
